Amagi’s three layer extrusion plant is capable of manufacturing high quality Polyethylene (PE) films and coves all extrusion needs. This includes a 4 component gravimetric dosing system with oscillating haul off, Corona treatment and much more. Amagi’s state-of-the-art technology offers several advantages including the use of an air cooling ring which enhances the optical and mechanical properties of film and output. 

Advanced CAD design dies ensure uniform flow of distribution with excellent melt characteristics and film quality. While also achieving absolute precision in the correct blending ratio of different materials in each layer, this guarantees consistency of the film and less GSM variation throughout.
